This important coalition was formedSurfrider Foundation, Sierra Club, Environment and individual community leaders. OCDC will be an advocate for the R4RD mission and message up and down the State of California and to the State legislature. OCDC
has an Action Organizer in place and is working on plans that will carry the message of R4RD and its partners to the movers and shakers in the water world.
