California Coastal Commission
The California Coastal commission will meet sometime in October or November, 2013 to review and discuss Poseidon’s pending application for permits to build a desalination plant in Huntington Beach. As of August, 2013 the location or date have not been finalized.
It is important to have as many concerned citizens as possible at the meeting. R4RD will organize car pools or busses as needed to assure a good turnout for that meeting.
