Yesterday, R4RD lost a founding member suddenly to heart failure. Bob Smith was at the vanguard of our fight against ocean desalination. Supplied only with fact, and never an unkind word, Bob brought genius and steadfastness to our 10 yr, effort. The world is diminished without his wisdom and grace.
